Enroll in an Event
​
Once you find an event that interests you, complete the online registration form provided in the announcement.
After enrolling, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

Global Time Zones - How We Accommodate You
​
Our growing community spans multiple regions of the world, and we design programs with global participation in mind.
​
To support this:
​

Event times are always listed with clear time zone references (typically UTC and U.S. Pacific Time).
​

Calendar invitations automatically adjust to your local time zone.
​

Sessions are scheduled at overlapping “global-friendly” hours. When such overlap may not be possible, two concurrent iterations are offered to accommodate all individuals interested in attending.
​

Many events include recordings for participants who cannot attend live due to personal schedules or time conflicts.
​

Most sessions are conducted on the weekends to accommodate students and educators. Because our community is global, we aim to honor different weekend schedules, including Saturday–Sunday and Friday–Saturday, depending on regional practice.
